  • There will also be a text study as part of the service. The study for Day 2 focuses on the story told in the haftarah for that day, of King Josiah finding a scroll of Torah and transforming the practices of the kingdom because of it. Can we imagine such a transformation? And what might prompt it? Rabbi Zeff will be leading services on Thursday morning at 10:00 AM from the Charry Sanctuary, including the Yizkor memorial prayers that we say for those whom we have loved and lost.  The Rabbi’s d’var Torah will focus on how we carry those who are no longer in this world with us as we move forward on our journey.
