Learning at GJC

Whether we are completely new to learning or are teachers of Torah, each of us is on a lifelong journey of receiving, unpacking, and struggling with teachings from the Jewish tradition. We strive to create learning opportunities and communities that meet a diverse array of learning needs, challenging and allowing us each to grow from our different starting places. From b’nai mitzvah preparation, conversion classes, and beit midrash (house of learning) to learning from visiting scholars and our own clergy, we work to bring each of our community members into lifelong learning. Together, we explore our tradition for insights, inspiration, guidance, and strength.
