Registration for the 2025-2026 School Year is NOW LIVE!
Wednesday, September 3, 2025 – Wednesday, June 17, 2026
Click here to contact the ECP for more information.
- The 2025-2026 School Year will run as a 42 week program.
- We offer a one-week priority registration for currently enrolled families. After that week, registration for all families is on a first come, first served basis.
- The ECP observes all Jewish holidays. The 2025-2026 calendar is coming soon. For a look at our closings on past calendars, look here.
- Students will be placed in classes for the 2025-2026 School Year based on their age as of September 1st, 2025. Enrollment begins at three months old.
- Partial week options for Infants and Toddlers are strictly M/W/F or T/Th.
- Minimum enrollment:
- Infants, Young Toddlers, and Older Toddlers: 2 mornings/week
- 3- & 4-year-olds: 5 mornings/week
- To apply for a space, ECP requires BOTH:
- Completed Registration form
- $50 application fee (non-refundable)
- Within 1-2 business days, you will receive an email confirmation of your enrollment if space is available. After this confirmation, a $500 deposit (refundable within 30 days of registration and credited towards camp tuition) is due within 3 business days to secure the space.
- If there is not a space available, your $50 application fee will automatically enroll you on our wait list, and if/when a space becomes available, you will be contacted to confirm enrollment. Please see the waitlist procedure below for more information.
- Families may increase their child’s schedule at any time based on availability. Students’ schedules may only be decreased before July 1, 2025.
The ECP requires a separate registration form, application fee, and deposit for each child that you are registering. Registration for Camp Keshet requires a separate registration than the school year registration.
Payments: Checks can be made out to Germantown Jewish Centre (GJC). If you need to have your $50 application fee charged by card through our payment portal, please indicate this on your registration form. Please note: ShulCloud independently assesses a processing fee for all transactions.
Waitlist procedure: If a class is full, the ECP will accept waitlist registrations. To hold your child’s spot on the waitlist, the ECP will require a completed registration form along with the non-refundable $50 application fee; no deposit is required for waitlist registrations. If the ECP is able to offer the waitlisted student a spot, their family will be required to submit a $500 deposit within 3 business days of the spot being offered; the spot will be forfeited after 3 business days. Families will have 30 days after being offered a waitlist spot to rescind their child’s enrollment and receive a deposit refund. All application fees for waitlist registrations are non-refundable.
