Yom Kippur Yoga & Chi-Gong w/ Leah Weisman

Chii-gong, similar to Yoga, is an energy movement practice.  With gentle movements and breathing meditations, we clear stress, calm our minds, and gently energize our bodies.  It is embodied prayer.
