Israeli Dancing
Taught by our wonderful, experienced dance teacher, Grant Shulman, GJC's Israeli dance group welcomes dancers of all ages and levels. We begin each session with 45 minutes of beginner dances, followed by instruction, review, open dancing, and requests with increasing levels of difficulty. Morning Minyan
Prayer is for every day, and GJC supports a weekday minyan service, including Torah reading when appropriate, on Sunday, Monday, and Thursday mornings throughout the year in the Magil Chapel. Speed Shabbat
This 25-minute abbreviated service in the Magil Chapel is both quick and expressive, combining the singing of a few of the psalms of the Kabbalat Shabbat service with a shortened Ma'ariv (evening) service to welcome us into Shabbat. The service allows us to have a brief way to greet Shabbat before we continue to dinner
