Women’s Clothing GiveAway

We are excited to share the news that the GJC Women’s Clothing Exchange will return, in a new risk-reduced format, on Sunday, May 15th! If you haven’t attended in the past: this is a fantastic opportunity to clean out your closets, score some new-to-you additions for your wardrobe, and raise money for a good cause.

We are seeking volunteers to help run the event. We will have three shifts, all on Sunday May 15: 9-11am (setup and presorting), 11-1pm (presorting, admissions, sorting, event assistance), and 1-3 (sorting, admissions, event assistance, and cleanup). If you are interested in signing up to volunteer, please let us know which shift or shifts work best for you. Please make sure all items are clean and free of rips and stains. Drop-off will be during the day of the event only. You may bring items to volunteers beginning at 10 AM, or you may sort your items yourself if you would rather bring them with you to the event. Clothing will be sorted by size this year.
