ON OUR OWN, IN COMMUNITY: A GROUP FOR PEOPLE LIVING SOLO

Facilitated by Wendy A. Horwitz, PhD

Living on our own at any stage of life is sometimes challenging, and the pandemic may magnify those challenges. In a spirit of exploration, we’ll use creative activities such as free-writing and story-telling to enhance our solo life repertoire. Gently guided conversation will provide opportunities for the group to share strategies, resources, and experiences. The group will run with a minimum of 4 members, in addition to the facilitator.
