Knafeh Cook-Along with “Chef” Susan Weiss
Event Navigation

Sweet and incredibly delicious, Knafeh is a Middle Eastern dessert that’s very popular in Israel. There’s even competition over where to find the best Knafeh. Now it can be in your kitchen! Kanfeh is a sweet, rich, and crunchy delicacy made with a special shredded-dough base, a sweet cheese filling, more crunch and pistachios on top, and an orange-flavored syrup drizzled all over. While it’s easy to make, it is the perfect dessert for a special occasion because it looks great and tastes delicious. Join us for this fun and interesting 60-minute step-by-step cook-along class with GJC’s “Chef” Susan Weiss. You will prepare your Knafeh for baking. Susan then will show us how to plate and decorate your baked Knafeh to be a showstopper. You’re also welcome to join us just to watch how it’s done. You’ll be inspired to try it in the future.
To Cook-Along, special ingredients are needed, and simple advance preparation is required.
