Journaling (a Women of GJC program)
Event Navigation

The Women of GJC invite you to join us Sunday, August 9, 10:00 am on Zoom for a session on Journaling… for fun, introspection, creativity, inspiration, capturing family experiences or the unique time we live in today, and more. Jean McWilliams, former head of the English Department at Lower Merion High School and experienced journaler will describe:
- Numerous ways journaling can enrich your life and the life of your family.
- Tips on how to get started on this rewarding activity.
Journaling might be just the tool you need for managing today’s reality, whether to chronicle experiences to look back upon later, work through responses to this unique time, recall favorite events, focus on what’s most important, and/or take a peaceful moment to reflect on your day. Join us and you are sure to hear about a way that journaling could be a great addition to your life.
Contact Marilyn Kraut at mkkraut1@gmail.com with any questions.
