Antisemitism & Racism in the White Nationalist Movement
Event Navigation

The events of the January 6 insurrection have greatly increased the nation’s focus on the threats posed by radical white nationalists. And it appears that the message of hate that they are bringing to our streets includes BOTH racism AND antisemitism.
- What are we witnessing?
- How can we address this dual-threat?
- What role can the Jewish community play?
- How might Jews and communities of color build coalitions to respond?
Our speaker, Eric K. Ward believes that antisemitism is the core of white nationalism, and fighting antisemitism cuts off the driving force of white nationalism, to the benefit of all marginalized communities. Ward is a nationally known Black leader, writer, speaker, and organizer who has powerful ideas to share about how we can understand this phenomenon and help fight it. Ward will explain why antisemitism must be recognized as a serious threat to everyone’s civil rights that diminishes our shared quest for racial equity in this country.
JOIN US in considering the opportunity we have TODAY to construct a 21st Century Civil Rights Movement, building common ground for an America dedicated to diversity and inclusion.
