Dr. Lesley Carson is a retired internist and geriatrician with 40+ years of experience practicing in hospital, office, home, and nursing home settings. She now does volunteer work teaching at Penn, and recently began delivering care at Puentes de Salud Health Wellness Center.
Joanne Fagerstrom has been a licensed, practicing physical therapist since 1978. She is the owner of Mindful Physical Therapy, LLC. Joanne places a strong emphasis on wellness and prevention in her teaching, and her certification in the Feldenkrais Method (completed in 2005) adds a unique dimension to her practice of physical therapy. She has bone health specialist since 2009, when she was diagnosed with osteoporosis and began the research and development of a comprehensive bone health program. Dr. Jules Lipoff is a clinical associate professor (adjunct), in the Department of Dermatology, Lewis Katz School of Medicine, Temple University, and Philadelphia Medical Director for The Dermatology Specialists. His research focuses on access to care, teledermatology, social media, and health equity. Since 2014, he has run a PRIDE clinic, PRoviding Integrated Dermatology for Everyone, which serves both patients in the LGBT community and patients living with HIV. He currently also serves as Senior Subspecialist Consultant with telemedicine for Médecins Sans Frontières, as a columnist for the Philadelphia Inquirer, and is the current Editor-in-Chief of the American Academy of Dermatology’s Dialogues in Dermatology podcast series.
