Selichot Musical Service on Sept. 28

--

How do we take stock, let go, and move in new directions? What do we do to prepare our hearts for the spiritual work of teshuvah (return)? The tradition of chanting Selichot– psalms, poems, and prayers for forgiveness – invites us to return to ourselves and awaken our spirits before the High Holy Days begin. Join G’vanim in the Charry Sanctuary on Saturday, September 28 at 8:00 PM for an evening of devotional music, spiritual kavanot (intentions), deep prayer, and inspiring melodies. Together we will open our mouths, our ears, our minds, and our souls to all of the possibilities that the new year offers. Please stay after for a light oneg.

Featuring G’vanim:  Rabbi Adam Zeff and Nina Peskin on vocals, and musicians Dan Berman, Mikael Elsila, Justin Fink, Maria Pulzetti, Elliott Seif, and Hoagy Wing.

No tickets or RSVP necessary – just come as you are!
