Get ready to make a joyful sound at GJC’s Shofar JAM! The shofar is blown all throughout the month of Elul in preparation for Rosh ha-Shanah, so come help us get ready for the new year! We will hear a special story that Rabbi Adam told his own children when they were young, and then we will do a little learning, hearing, and blowing with Master of the Blast Phill Goldberg, who has been teaching and blowing the shofar at GJC for many years.

RSVP so we know how many kid-size shofars to bring for making those joyful sounds! If you have a shofar, please feel free to BYO! This program is geared towards children age 0-6 and their older siblings and grown-ups, and enjoyed by those of any age!
