8:00 – 9:00 PM on Mondays, March 29 – May 10
Each year many of us use the counting of the omer (marking each day between Passover and Shavuot) as a way to investigate our spiritual lives and the intersections between ourselves and the larger world. Poetry is also a way to explore our deepest selves and our interactions with the world. Each week we gather, we will offer a few themes based on the omer calendar for brief discussion. Participants may then choose to write on one of the offered themes or another aspect altogether. Some time each week will be reserved for writing, sharing writing, encouragement of exploration, and expression.
** Our first session will meet at the conclusion of the second day of Passover. Join us at 8:15 PM on Monday, March 29 for a shortened first session with havdalah and poetry.
