Germantown Jewish Centre is pleased to announce the 2019 Lunch & Learn, “Law, Narrative, and Jewish Ethics”, with Rabbi Adam Zeff. Online registrations are now open at https://germantownjewishcentre.org/center-city-lunch-learn/.

Although the study of law sometimes focuses on legal codes, the narrative context of law can be equally important to understanding its meaning. This class will examine how stories shape legal ethics in Jewish sources and American law. No previous experience is necessary or assumed; all are welcome. Sessions will be held on Wednesdays from 12:15-1:30 PM on November 6, December 4, January 8, February 5, March 4, and April 1 at Schnader, Harrison, Segal & Lewis (1600 Market St # 3600.) GJC Members $150 | Non-Members $200

Continuing Legal Education (CLE) credit for PA lawyers is available through Schnader, Harrison, Segal & Lewis for an additional $100 for the full year or $75 for any three sessions. CLE fees must be paid separately. Questions about CLE can be directed to Lisa Renk at LRenk@Schnader.com.
