Charry Service: JDAIM Shabbat

Jewish Disability Awareness & Inclusion Month (JDAIM) is a unified national initiative during the month of February to raise disability awareness and support efforts to foster inclusion in Jewish communities worldwide.

Led by Rabbi Zeff, this weekly service puts an emphasis on learning, with a shorter Shacharit prayer service and a longer period for study, led by the Rabbi and by members. The service meets in the Charry Sanctuary during the year, place where most of our Bar and Bat Mitzvah services and celebrations take place, and in Magil Chapel in the summer.  Members young and old often take roles reading Torah & Haftarah in the service.
